With over 20 years experience in kitchens, Tim has developed a
palate for keeping it local, supporting small growers and
creating a dining experience where the focus is not about the
restaurant but the people and produce behind it.

We aim to create a convivial space where the lines between
THE KITCHEN AND DINING ROOM disappear. A PLACE WHERE Chefs AND
WAIT STAFF cook and serve TOGETHER right in front of you , the ultimate chefs table
MOST IMPORTANTLY, TO CREATE AN ENVIRONMENT WHERE OUR GUESTS FEEL
